For general support:

If you need support with your account, downloading, advice about payment, refunds, using TSR CC Manager or any other kind of site support, send us a ticket in the Support Center.  From there, you will be able to see all your replies, update your ticket, add more information etc.

If you cannot access your account at all, you won't have access to the Support Center, that's okay - simply email us at support@thesimsresource.com and provide us with as many details as you can remember about your account so that we can investigate the problems you're having.  Note: we ALWAYS reply.  If you don't hear back from us, there is likely to be a problem with the email address you're using (this particularly affects Microsoft-owned domains such as MSN, Live, Hotmail and Outlook where you must add us as a safe sender first, otherwise our replies will not reach you.


For submissions help:

Do you need help with the creations you're trying to share with us or wish to discuss creations you already host at our site?  If so, message us direct through the submissions service.  Please try to provide as much information as you can so that the team are able to help you more easily.


For advertising on TSR:

Response times

Our current response time is shown in the Support Center using green, amber, red - with a good service generally meaning you will receive a reply in and around 24 hours (weekends can be slightly slower).

When we have site issues as shown in our Service Status page, response times can be much slower because we will receive hundreds more tickets than usual.  We will answer (we always do) so please be patient as we're only a small team.  If the site status is red, response times could be 72 hours or more, but we're proud to say we usually operate on green!
