My page is blank!

If you login to our site and find some service (like your account summary page) is blank,then this is because your username contains one or more special, reserved or unusual characters.  While we keep trying to mitigate this, it's a recurring problem.

To have this fixed, simply raise a support ticket with three choices for an amended username preferably in alphanumeric characters, and we'll change it so you can access again (usually within 24 hours).  

If you can't even sign in, send an email to us direct at providing us with your username and the email address linked to your account.
