Invalid Coupon Code
If you receive a message stating that the coupon code you're trying to use is invalid:
- Check the code carefully. Codes are case sensitive.
- Ensure you're entering the code in the correct place on the page (note that gift card codes and coupon codes have different text boxes - make sure you're using the correct one).
- Check the source of the coupon (e.g. email) to see whether the coupon was for a limited time only (expired coupons cannot be redeemed)
- If in doubt, contact our Support Team for further help, explaining which code you're attempting to use.
