Free game: This app can't run on your PC

When installing one of the free Shockwave games during our free game promotion, you might encounter this error.  It appears that, on Windows 10 and with MS Edge especially, the download of both game and launcher can be interrupted.

To fix this:

1. Click CLOSE to dismiss the error
2. Download the game again
3. Click the downloaded file(s) with your RIGHT mouse button and, from the pop-up menu, choose:
   1. Properties
   2. the Compatibility tab
   3. tick Run this program as an administrator
4. Run it again
5. If you receive any message about trusting the app, click that you DO trust it.

The game and its launcher should now install correctly.
