Only active and future subscriptions can be canceled

If you see this message, don't worry.  You probably have an older subscription showing in your account as active, or EOT (end of time).

We've changed subscriptions management service from Braintree to Recurly in 2021, and it took 2-3 weeks to transfer all subscriptions to the new service.  However, a few slipped through the cracks (usually, they're subscriptions that DID end, but the record doesn't correctly reflect that, though a few can be active).

SimplY contact us (it will help if you can send us a screenshot of the subscription you're trying to cancel) and we'll put it right for you.
