Extra fees

We NEVER charge extra fees.  We only charge the price displayed to you in our Shop.

However, some banks charge fees for transactions in addition (for themselves).  Mostly, this is to cover the bank's currency conversion costs.  We regret that, if we issue a refund to you for your payment to us, we cannot also reimburse any extra fees charged by your bank.  You will need to contact your bank about these charges.
