TSR CC Manager is not recognising my VIP

If you've only just purchased VIP, it's likely your browser hasn't yet recognised this and is loading a cached version of our pages (a common problem)!  

To fix this:

  1. Go to the My Account menu at the top and click Log out
  2. Close ALL open browsers (very important)
  3. Open your browser and log back in to TSR
  4. Now perform a deep refresh by pressing the keys Ctrl & F5 at the same time

Once you've performed this, go to any download and you should now see a button called Download with the TSR CC Manager available.  If the button is still greyed out, then please contact our Support Center and we'll put it right for you.
