TSR CC Manager is not recognising my VIP
If you've only just purchased VIP, it's likely your browser hasn't yet recognised this and is loading a cached version of our pages (a common problem)!
To fix this:
- Go to the My Account menu at the top and click Log out
- Close ALL open browsers (very important)
- Open your browser and log back in to TSR
- Now perform a deep refresh by pressing the keys Ctrl & F5 at the same time
Once you've performed this, go to any download and you should now see a button called Download with the TSR CC Manager available. If the button is still greyed out, then please contact our Support Center and we'll put it right for you.
