Failed To Complete Order

This is a bit of a generic error and might indicate any of the other errors listed under payment problems or could even be a problem with our site.  

Sometimes, a price change can cause this error.  If you've used the card with us before but the subscription rates have changed since the last time you subscribed, we sometimes need to remove your payment method so that you can re-add it as a 'new agreement'.  This is because adding a payment method also gives your authority for the amount you first want to pay.  Also check that you have entered a correct address as this too can cause a 'failed order'.

If you can't resolve this error, simply contact customer support.
