If you see this, then your card cannot be used for this type of purchase (perhaps because it is a subscription, because it is an overseas payment - or both).  Unfortunately, banks won't tell us exactly why, so you'll need to contact them.  Sometimes, banks will remove restrictions on your card once they know it's not a fraudlent transaction.
