My social media login is no longer working!

If for any reason you can no longer use your social media login (you're a Facebook login user, or you no longer have access to your account), then we can help you access your account in other ways.

We WILL need as much information as you can provide for us to be able to find your account. If you can, please provide us with as much of the following as possible...

 

Account details

  • any email addresses you use or might have used for your social media or TSR accounts
  • any username you can remember using
  • a link to anything you might have submitted (try finding it in our search engine)
  • any past correspondence you've had with our support team

Additionally, if you have an active VIP subscription with us...

Any payment information you might have regarding an ongoing subscription you might have. For this, we'll need information on how you paid:

  • either your PayPal email address
    or...
  • credit card details
    • the type of card (e.g. Visa, Discovery, Mastercard, Amex)
    • the last 4 digits of the long number on your card (please don't send the full number)
    • the amount you last paid
    • the date of your last payment

We will then try to find your account.


Your choices

Once we have your information, you can switch to one of the following:

  • a username/password login
  • a different social media login option

If you want to use a different social media login rather than username/password, you will need to provide us with the SAME email address that you use on your social media login, otherwise the switch won't work.

Note that, if you choose username and password login instead, the site will still keep you logged in provided you don't block cookies.
