Hard/restricted card

If you see this, or the following message:

"It looks like you cannot use your card for this sort of purchase. It might be a corporate card or a card issued for any other official purpose. Please try a different card."

...this typically means you might be using a card that belongs to another organisation such as a corporate card. Often, these are restricted in how thay can be used and the card issuer will block transactions it thinks don't meet the card's usual purpose.

If you receive this message, you'll need to try another card or payment method.
