Getting a "Download Session Expired" error

If you get the "Download session expired" error when trying to download something, then there could be a few reasons for that.

  • You're trying to download something while there's already another countdown active. Please wait for the first countdown to be ready before activating the next one.
  • The error can sometimes also show up if you have cookies disabled in your browser. In that case please activate cookies and try again by doing the following:
    • sign out of TSR
    • close ALL browser windows
    • open your browser and sign back in to TSR
    • perform a deep-refresh (press the keys Ctrl-F5 together) of the download you are trying to acquire 

If that still doesn't make the error go away, please also try with a different browser and check that no anti-virus or internet tool is blocking cookies.
