Insufficient Funds

While "Insufficient funds" can mean literally that you have no funds in your account, it more often means the card hasn't been enabled for international payments (that is,"there is $0 allowable for an international payment") or that there is a temporary hold on your balance because of other pending transactions. 

We recommend you speak to your bank or card issuer to see whether this can be changed, or select another payment method.
